someone in my friend group invite my abuser to our group. i feel do so sick i want
to cry but i feel so numb i cant even cry!!

where has all of my energy gone? i'm so low these days. i'm sick of it. i haven't
been writing, i haven't been doing anything. even worse, i've been clean for
so long but tonight i feel so shit. i feel like cutting again. and sean, since
we both know youre seeing this, i know you might be mad at me
for saying it here but not explicitly telling you but i dont want to
tell you until tomorrow morning. i dont want you to worry all night.
